If you're reading this and thinking "Man, how bad can it be?", I'll put it this way: when I close a drawer, just the force of closing it bends the front surface of the drawer inward by about a half-inch. It wobbles, and the middle drawer (I bought the 3-drawer model) requires an unusual amount of force to shut. It seems like it's catching on something. Buy something else. The only flaw I found in the design is on the rods which hold the hanging file folders. If they get pushed all the way toward the front of the cabinet, the hooks on the folders will fall off the rails. Tried to return the cabinet, amazon customer service is terrible. Took a half an hour to schedule a pick up from UPS. And then UPS never came. Tried to call back a few days later to see what's going on, and customer service was just as bad. I told her my name was Steven... and she said that's not your name. She wouldn't help me out. I said that's my name. Apparently they had me at Steve. Are you kidding me? She couldn't help me? I thought Amazon had good customer service. Well, I'm 0 for 2. So I guess not. Not acceptable.
We found the missing handle while packing it up to be returned. Seemed to have falled between back wall and back of drawers.
